I’m back! Aaaaw yeaaaah!  It feels SO good to have The Rise Higher Podcast back UP for YOU!

Of all the things I do with my business, podcasting is one of my major loves and highlights. It ticks all the boxes of what deeply fulfills me … raw, honest and authentic conversations with people, and the ability to share powerful practices and tools to be in service of your growth, empowerment and fulfillment.

If you didn’t know, I had to take a 3 month break from releasing episodes of my podcast. Last December I got hit with some major health challenges that became a big obstacle to me being able to work. I’ve done some deep healing over the months, and am still in process, but I am coming back to wellness and I’ve got 90% of my energy back! SO grateful!

As I re-launch the Rise Higher Podcast, in this episode, it’s just me, myself and I sharing about my health challenges over the past 4 months, the 5 key takeaways of growth and the specific practices I used to support in healing my body, mind and soul.
