Show Notes

Feel like you can’t trust yourself? Or you don’t even know how? Do you find yourself comparing your life or your online business with the people you follow on social media? Then this episode of Rise Higher Podcast is for you!

Today’s podcast guest is Elizabeth DiAlto, Integrative Spiritual Counselor, Creator of Wild Soul Movement, Author, and Host of the popular Truth Telling Podcast.

In this episode, Elizabeth opens up about trust, fulfillment, real power, and femininity. Both in business and in life. We’ll discuss how the level of trust within ourselves impacts, for better or worse, the four major areas of our lives – health, wealth, intimacy and self-mastery – as well as how comparing ourselves to others in this high-tech, always-connected culture leaves us feeling like we’ll never be enough.

Elizabeth shares how you can flip that around, so you’re asking the right questions at the right time, in order to get clear on your soul’s desire (and not the ego’s), as well as how to better understand your personal values and priorities so you can live in alignment with them.

And, we talk biz! Elizabeth gets really real about our “laptop lifestyle” and entrepreneurship’s constant, high-pressure demands to sell more, make more, earn more, have more – and how not achieving outward success can leave you feeling demoralized and defeated, even when you’re business is out to change the world for the better.  Tune in to hear her open up about her own experience owning an online business and how she’s learned to work in a more sustainable, aligned way that offers genuine fulfillment in a time in which so many of us are burnt out, beat down and fed up by society’s idea of success.
