Show Notes

Today’s episode is with Holistic Health Practitioner and Founder of The Holistically Slim Movement, Sarah Anne Stewart, who is on a mission to shift the world to a greater state of happiness through well-being.

Sarah Anne was thrown into the world of wellness as a teen when she witnessed her father heal from terminal cancer through food, alternative medicine, & going in deep with the mind-body connection.

After that experience, Sarah Anne became obsessed with understanding holistic health, but her unhealed childhood wounds landed her in the modeling industry where suffered a severe eating disorder. She completely abused her mind & body to pay her rent, travel, & sustain her social life. For the better part of a decade, she thought it was normal until she was told by an ER doctor, “You’re going to die unless you make a change. Now.”

Sarah Anne knew she needed to make a change and decided the way she would save herself was to revisit the lifesaving techniques she had previously learned in hopes they would help her recover.

Sarah Anne dives deep into how she was able to release the pain & suffering by doing the necessary inner work to confront repeating behavior patterns that kept her sick & stuck for far too long. She explains how she confronted unresolved pain, took ownership of her story, unlearned destructive patterns at the subconscious level, and created the ultimate relationship between her mind & body to heal.
