Show Notes

Today’s episode is packed with high energy. I’m telling you, you’re gonna feel the passion today as Garrain Jones, a transformation coach and entrepreneur who went from rags to riches, shares about his past and what led him to being homeless for 2.5 years, living out of his car, and in prison in France for smuggling drugs, and what Garrain did to create his powerful rise.

In this episode, Garrain is super candid and open about his homelessness and how, when the odds were crazy high stacked against him, he tapped into the unshakeable truth that set him free through his quest for knowledge, education and intentional self-discovery.

We chat about the specific practices he did on the daily when he didn’t yet fully understand the law of attraction or the power of positive thinking. What Garrian first thought was just pure luck led him to have one revelation after the next until he finally had the big AHA moment that forever changed his life, and put him on his path to his ultimate purpose.

Garrain’s story is amazing, and it’s incredible when he shares about how his time in prison of all places is when he finally started to see how everything in his life fit together, which led to his biggest, most profound breakthrough about mindset, authenticity, value, and freedom.

We tackle those topics in today’s episode and chat about the physical manifestation of our thoughts, whether positive or negative, and how you can choose what shows up in your life.

Garrain and I talk about the mental and emotional prisons people often trap themselves in and how to get out of them once and for all. So if you’ve been feeling stuck, or trapped in a cycle of negative thinking, you are gonna LOVE what we talk about today, cuz we’ve got some powerful tools to get you on your way to use your mindset to literally alter the course of your life.

Garrain Jones

Before Garrain Jones became a media sensation, encouraging people every day to, “change your mindset, change your life,” he had to overcome his share of obstacles and difficulties. Garrain dealt with homelessness for 2 ½ years, living out of his car and feeling like he was drowning in misery, as well as being sent to prison for 2 ½ years. Yet, going through both of those difficulties, and more, he found a way to turn his life around. Garrain’s story is a perfect example of how you can go through so many difficult things in life, but that it doesn’t mean you’ll never find success.

In a place of difficulty, Garrain developed the strength to rescue himself. Health and fitness play such a big role in his life because he grew up thinking success was in material things. It wasn’t until he got healthy that he started to feel different. Once he started to feel different he then started to think, speak, and act differently. His actions changed based on how he was feeling. “You can only reach a certain level of happiness when you’re not healthy. There’s no way you can be happy if your heart isn’t healthy!”

6 ½ years after being homeless, Garrain is now a serial entrepreneur who motivates and inspires thousands. The knowledge he gained while being shaped and molded sent him down the pathway to become a Transformation Coach. He is an advocate for living a healthy life, business coach, speaker, and author of the soon-to-be-released book, “Change Your Mindset Change Your Life.”
