Show Notes

Today I’ve got my friend Dr. Jade Teta opening up his heart and soul sharing some deep truths.

Jade is an integrative physician specializing in hormonal metabolism. He’s a sought after strength and conditioning specialist with 25 years of training experience and he’s worked as a counselor and coach in the realm of business, success and relationships.

When Jade and I talked about what would be the most powerful thing for him to share on this episode, he said his greatest transformation and rise came after he cheated on his wife, having an affair with a married woman. So that’s what we dive into today.

On the outside, to all their friends, Jade’s marriage seemed “perfect,” but that was not what was happening within himself.  Jade is so incredible and he gets raw and real about what was happening internally that caused him to have an affair and he details the powerful path that he took to discover truthfulness, to develop his personal honor code, and to transform his life into one of radical honesty, and greater depths of kindness, and generosity.

On this episode, Jade dives into the reasons people lie, and the importance of honesty (even when it’s hard), and how to live your most truthful life to transform your world for the better and of those around you.
