This week I’m hanging with my soul sister, Serena Poon. If you’re wondering how you can find the light through loss and devastating setbacks in order to cultivate strength, healing and your truest path, you’re going to want to tune in for this!
Serena is a leading chef and nutritionist to the Hollywood elite, like Jerry Bruckheimer, Sean “P. Diddy” Combs, Kerry Washington amongst others, teaching them how to utilize nutrition for nourishment and healing. She’s known for her Culinary Alchemy™, which is the curation of intuitive and functional food healing and wellness programs designed for optimal and sustainable health of the nutritional, emotional, and spiritual bodies.
Healing has been an incredibly important focus for Serena since she was young. Serena was already studying nutrition in college, but it was after her father was diagnosed with stage IV liver cancer that she really turned her focus toward nutrition as a way to heal physically, emotionally, and mentally.
Shortly after her father passed, her mother was diagnosed with cancer and Serena was met with another roadblock — a debilitating infection that nearly took her life and left her without the use of her left side for months. That’s when she dove into additional pathways to inner healing through mindset, energy work, deep self-care and more for herself, her family and her clients.
It’s easy to let tragedy and fear define us. But it doesn’t have to be that way. Serena is full of incredible insights on how to rise up from health challenges, gracefully move through grief/pain and fulfill your purpose, and I can’t wait to share them with you.⠀⠀⠀
