Show Notes

You are guaranteed to feel empowered and be inspired by my guest today, Siri Lindley, who is former 2-time International Triathlon World Champion, USA Triathlon Hall of Famer and 2-time Olympic medalist. Siri has coached athletes to 9 world championship crowns, she’s spoken on Tony Robbins’ stage at many of his mega events, she’s the Co-president of Believe Ranch and Rescue, and the author of the book, ‘Surfacing: From The Depths of Self-Doubt to Winning Big and Living Fearlessly!’.

Needless to say, Siri is quite the badass who’s achieved incredible success, but it hasn’t always been that way for her. In her early twenties Siri came out as gay to her family, and when she opened up, she faced deep rejection from her father. She turned to triathlon as a way to not only channel the pain, but as a way to find herself.

Siri had no experience with triathlons, she didn’t know how to swim when she started, but she dove in head first past her comfort zone to become the best in the world, and now she helps others discover just how far they can push themselves to become stronger, braver, and more self-loving and authentic than ever to achieve their impossible. In this episode, we explore how to shift your focus to being true to yourself, bouncing back from defeat, and embracing who you are.

Siri also gives some amazing tips on how to achieve your ‘impossible’, and embrace the path to your destiny. And when you hit those tough moments, she’ll show you how you can always find a way.

Siri Lindley

As a former triathlon world champion and coach to many of the sports world’s top stars, Siri has made it her business to help others change their lives and make their dreams come true. She positively influences and empowers people by connecting them to their greatest strengths and passions, while giving them the courage to live their best life from a place of fearless love and authenticity.

During her pro career, she dominated the International Triathlon Union World Rankings, winning 13 World Cup races, and was the 2001 ITU World Champion. Siri won the World Cup Series in 2001 and 2002 by being the #1 ranked triathlete in the world. Later, she became a coach to help others discover the high-performer within – she has coached numerous athletes to Olympic medals and World Championship crowns at both the Ironman and half ironman distances.

In her book, Surfacing: From the Depths of Self-Doubt to Winning Big and Living Fearlessly, Siri offers a candid account of her journey to personal growth, self-belief, and self-discovery. On stage, she illustrates why it’s never too late to live the life you always dreamed, and shares emboldening strategies for realizing your ultimate potential, conquering self-doubt, and changing the thoughts, habits, and behaviors that keep you from taking your life and career to the next level.

With inspiring lessons on cultivating the mindset of a champion and a winning formula for life and career success, Siri Lindley empowers audiences to be the absolute best they can be. She has done this as a speaker for Tony Robbins at Unleash the Power Within, Date With Destiny and his Leadership Academy, Keppler Speaker, and the Global Youth Leadership Summit.

She’s also the Co-Founder of ‘Believe Ranch and Rescue,’ a 501©3 NON-PROFIT Horse Rescue. Founded in 2016, they have saved over 100 horses in a few years. They are working hard to get the SAFE ACT passed which would end horse slaughter and the   transport of horses across borders into Mexico and Canada.
