Show Notes

On today’s episode, I sit down with my soul sistah, Jade Tailor as she opens up about her sexual trauma starting when she was 11 that led to an eating disorder and other unhealthy habits. This episode is raw and deeply inspiring as Jade share the pathway she took to heal, rise up, and empower not only herself, but other women who have been victims of sexual assault.

This episode is packed with SO many empowering perspectives and tools just for you. Jade powerfully shows that you don’t have to let the trauma define you, but rather fuel you into your greatness.
